NPS measures how likely our residents, families, and partners are to recommend us to others. It’s a reflection of the care and commitment we deliver every day.

NPS is generated by asking “How likely is it that you would recommend us to a friend or colleague?” with responses scored on a 0 to 10 scale. 

0-6: Detractors

7-8: Passives

9-10: Promoters

The score can range from -100 to +100, and here’s how it’s ranked:
50+ = Excellent
70+ = World-Class
