Natalie began her career in long term care at Golden Living Center Rose Hill in Berryville, Virginia where she held a dual position of Social Services Assistant and Admissions Coordinator.  She remained there for two years before moving on to work for American Healthcare in 2011 as the Admissions Director at Heritage Hall in Leesburg. In 2013 Natalie became the Marketing Director and the Administrator in Training at the facility. Following a two-year AIT program, she received her nursing home administrator license.

Natalie joined the leadership team for American Healthcare in July of 2015 as the Census Development Director.  In January of 2019 she became the Vice President of Census Development to express her passion for customer service, patient satisfaction, and community relationships.  When the COVID pandemic hit in 2020, Natalie went back into the facilities to help as interim administrator and in 2021 she took over as permanent administrator in the Leesburg location.  This year Natalie has returned to the leadership team as the Regional Vice President of Operations for the North Region.

In her spare time Natalie enjoys working out, traveling with her family, dancing to music, and discovering new restaurants with vegetarian options.  She has a spit fire daughter named Estelle who is the light of her and her husband’s life.   Her mantra in life is to be present in the moment, no need to look in the past or towards the future, this moment is fleeting.
