Heritage Hall Laurel Meadows is located between the picturesque Laurel Fork and Meadows of Dan, just four miles off the Blue Ridge Parkway. Nestled on 20 acres of rolling countryside, this small, dynamic healthcare center is convenient to both Martinsville and Hillsville. Visitors to the center are immediately impressed by our lovely facility and the friendliness of the professional staff and dedicated volunteers.

Our trained, professional staff is able to accommodate residents requiring short-term skilled nursing care and rehab, as well as extended care. Our center combines warmth, sensitivity and a high level of personalized care to create an atmosphere where our patients and their families can feel secure in knowing their needs are our primary concern.

In an effort to meet the needs of our close community, our residents also enjoy a full calendar of parties, theme days, cook-outs, music and community outings. Our many personalized services, along with the abundant sunshine and fresh air of our rural setting, encourage healing at all levels.
