Heritage Hall Clintwood was one of the first nursing homes built in Southwest Virginia as part of our original mission to create access to medical care for seniors in this rural area. The community has always embraced our facility and has provided us with many physicians, staff members, faithful community volunteers, and a working local Advisory Board.
We provide short-term skilled nursing and therapy, as well as extended care for residents who want to make their home with us. We have full-time occupational, speech and physical therapists on staff and offer both outpatient therapy and inpatient rehabilitation. Over 80 percent of our patients return home after a short period of rehabilitation.
We are locally known for hosting “Apple Butter Day," a social event in October for residents, friends and neighbors that allows us to work alongside the community while raising funds for special resident needs and activities.
At Heritage Hall Clintwood, you can rest assured you have our complete dedication. We take great pride in our caring, homelike atmosphere and work hard to provide companionship and care in safe, comfortable surroundings.
